Before Body Reboot Blueprint (BRB)
I found meal planning, shopping, and coming up with healthy but tasty recipes difficult. During the Coronavirus pandemic, in effort to minimize time at the grocery store, I actually bought less fruits and vegetables because they don’t keep long and required more frequent replenishing.
I was looking for something that wasn’t a diet to go on and off. The timing was right, I saw I needed to make a change in eating habits but just hadn’t done so on my own, and the course seemed to be just what I was looking for and a good value.
How Body Reboot Blueprint Transformed my Life
I lost about 8 pounds without feeling like I was starving and feel better about myself. I have fewer food cravings.
Some of my biggest “takes aways” from the course were balanced nutrition is the key, sleep is important, drink plenty of water, and self-care is important.
Sandra is very knowledgeable and bases her program on proven science. She’s personable and not rigid, allowing for human nature and the occasional need to indulge.
My Life Now
I continue to apply the principles that I learned both from the 3-Day “Crush Your Cravings” Challenge and Body Reboot Blueprint. I am on the wait list to sign up for BRB again when offered!
