October is right around the corner.

Halloween unofficially begins the holiday season. Before you know it, many will start thinking of New Year’s Resolutions, yet again.

Majority of US set “goals” for the New Year. What is different is some call the goals “New Year’s Resolutions”, and some people don’t.

Either case, the result is the same – we are trying to set a new purpose (or chapter) for ourselves going the new year.

To my surprise, many of my clients had some ambivalence (doubt) about losing weight initially. Despite, the fact they really wanted to lose the extra weight. Once they opened up and shared why, it made perfect sense.
