Four Weekly Private Coaching & Training Sessions in Month One

You and I, we’re a team. Your weight loss and health goals and dreams become my own. These specialized high-touch sessions are designed to achieve quick ‘wins’. I will provide the support, strategies, tools and techniques to build a solid nutrition foundation to set you up for success in any situation. We’ll also make sure you stay in a successful mindset, keeping you confident, motivated, and unstoppable.

Four Private Coaching & Training Sessions in Months Two & Three

After completing the high-touch sessions, this is usually when individual life challenges hit head on. Whether than calling these challenges of life "Setbacks", I prefer to call these “Teachable Opportunities" to not lose sight of your ultimate weight loss and health goals. The good news is, I am in your back pocket guiding and supporting you every step of the way. The concepts taught are applied real-time to your specific needs and you’ll receive lots of personalized direction designed to help work through life challenges, special events, and holidays progressing you forward to realizing your long-term weight loss and health goals. During each session I will put on my “teacher” hat and lead an education session on “special topics” that are paramount to your long-term success.

Accountability Journals

Together we will set and track your specific weight and lifestyle goals. You will have access to a food tracking app to ensure your meeting key nutrient and water needs daily. Prior to each session, you will have the opportunity to reflect and report on both successes and challenges. This information will serve as the springboard to address and set a plan of action to continue moving you forward.

Enjoy having all your tools for success right at your fingertips! Training videos, handouts, journals, appointment management, and more. You will have the ability to upload documents, photos as well as send me personal messages between sessions so that we constantly stay connected.

If I accept insurance, I am relegated to listening to what the insurance companies allow in terms of the kind of help I can provide you and the work I can do. It is so limited and incomplete that I choose not to participate in insurance networks.

I am committed to a comprehensive solution for you that uncovers every stone. I want to give you much more personalized individual attention than the insurance companies will allow in terms of time.

I am looking for clients that are willing and committed to investing directly in that type of comprehensive program. I do understand that this may not be a fit for everybody, but this is how I choose to run my practice.

I do accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Also, I can provide you a “SuperBill” to file a claim with your insurance company.
