My History With Dieting and Health Concerns…

 

For several years I have run away from eating carbs and even led a low carb lifestyle. I must confess when Sandra proposed trying Fuel and Train I said to myself there is no way I can loose weight by eating carbs.

I joined Fuel n Train to the Max to learn how to incorporate clean and healthy meals into my life. I have done fad plans, but never took the time to learn about managing proper nutrition. I looked forward to starting the 6-week Bootcamp along with incorporating the exercise plans that work for my body.

Working With Sandra…

After the first week on this new lifestyle journey I lost 5 lbs. I couldn’t believe it. I have learned that their are so many wonderful benefits from eating a plant-based plan.
I am really enjoyed the new journey! During that first week, I learned that you can eat complex carbs and a healthy breakfast and still lose weight. I was intermittent fasting and coffee in the morning kind of girl!  Sandra, thank you for introducing this journey! I lost 5 lbs the first week of your Bookcamp.
The Bootcamp was jam packed with healthy eating plans that were satisfying and not depriving!  The recipes were easy to prepare and delicious! I never thought I would embrace clean eating!

 

My Life Now…

Twelve pounds down, I feel so much better and have more energy.  Working a full time job, being in graduate school, wife and mother, I am able to continue following the strategies and principles learned during my 6-week journey. I am so happy I am still losing weight with all that I have going on!
