I will admit to not being convinced that the portion sizes presented in the initial session were adequate. After the first week of following Sandra’s plan, I had more energy when waking up in the morning and no longer snoozing 3 or 4 times. I am happy to report eating more food and losing weight. 9.2 lbs in 26 days and 26.8 lbs (8.3%) in 4 months.
